Where Do You Stand Right Now?

Dear {{ first_name }},

Let me ask you one simple question:

Where are you right now?

Not geographically. Internally.

Are you in fear? In pressure? Running on autopilot? Or are you close to clarity, alignment, maybe even flow?

While finalising my book From Fear to Peak Flow, one thing became even clearer to me:

Most people don't lack potential. They lack awareness of where they are and how to move forward.

That's exactly why I created the Peak Flow Method.

What is Peak Flow?

Peak Flow is not just performance. It's not about pushing harder.

It's the moment when your mind is focused, your body is regulated, your emotions are aligned, and your actions feel natural.

Peak means your personal next level, whatever that looks like for you. Flow means moving there with clarity, not force.

The Method in One Simple Flow

We move through five stages:

  1. Fear Zone - doubt, overthinking, hesitation
  2. Awareness Zone - recognising patterns and truth
  3. Courage Zone - taking action despite fear
  4. Resilience Zone - staying consistent under pressure
  5. Joy and Love Zone - flow, alignment, fulfilment

Most people stay stuck somewhere between Fear and Awareness. Peak Flow begins the moment you move.

Quick Self-Check

Take a moment with these three questions:

  1. Where are you right now?
  2. What is one fear you are currently avoiding?
  3. What would one courageous step look like today?

You'll go deeper into this in the full assessment.

A Final Thought

You don't need a mountain. You don't need ice water.

You just need one honest moment with yourself. Where am I, and am I ready to move?

Peak Flow doesn't start when everything is perfect. It starts the moment you stop avoiding what matters.

With courage,

Deniz

Why Knowing What to Do Isn’t Always Enough
Dear friends, We are already living outside our comfort zones. Change, uncertainty and constant pressure have become part of everyday life. The question is no longer simply: “How can I step outside my comfort zone?” The deeper question is: “How can I feel grounded in discomfort, navigate uncertainty and still access my inner Peak Flow?” Often, what stands between us and our next level is not a ...
The Arctic Didn't Test My Strength. It Tested My Trust.
Dear Friends, A few weeks ago, I stood at the edge of the Arctic Ocean, surrounded by glaciers, moments before stepping into 4°C water. People often ask me what the hardest part was. Was it the cold? The distance? The polar bears? None of them. The hardest part was letting go of control. As a mother, leaving my daughter safely on shore while I entered the Arctic Ocean was far more difficult tha...
Out of Comfort Zone: What the North Pole and AI Have in Common
Dear Friends, As I write this newsletter, I am preparing for one of the most ambitious adventures of my life: a record attempt at the North Pole this July. This is not just another swim. The Arctic Ocean is one of the most unforgiving environments on Earth. The water temperature will be around -1°C, with drifting sea ice, unpredictable weather, and a very real risk that most swimmers will neve...
