What If Fear Is Not the Problem?
Hi {{first_name}},
I’ve been thinking a lot about fear lately.
We often treat fear as a sign to stop. We feel uncertain, uncomfortable or nervous, and immediately think, “Maybe I’m not ready.” So we wait until we feel more confident. We wait for the right moment. We wait until we know exactly what will happen.
But what if that moment never comes?
What if fear isn’t actually telling you to stop? What if it is simply showing you that you are stepping into something unfamiliar?
I’ve experienced this so many times in my own life. Before every big challenge, there has been fear. There have been moments when my mind gave me a hundred reasons why something wouldn’t work. And honestly, sometimes the fear was very convincing.
But I’ve learned that I don’t need to eliminate fear before I take action. I need to learn how to move with it.
This is what we explored together during the From Fear to Peak Flow masterclass this week. We looked at the WHY, the HOW and the WHAT behind fear, and at what happens when we stop allowing fear to make our decisions for us.
But there is an important difference between understanding something and actually changing it.
You can know that you are overthinking. You can know that you are afraid of being judged. You can know that you need to take the opportunity, have the conversation or make the decision.
And still not take the step.
That is where practice begins.
That is why I created the 5-Day Peak Flow Challenge.
It is a space to take what we explored and actually put it into practice. Over five days, we will work with the fears that are draining your energy, shift the “what if” stories that keep you stuck, explore visibility and judgment, build consistency beyond motivation, and ultimately leap into courageous action.
And this does not mean adding more to your already full life.
The challenge is self-paced. You can move through it at your own rhythm. You don’t need to do more. You need to start doing things differently.
Small, intentional and balanced changes can create a very different experience of your life.
If there is something you have been postponing, avoiding or talking yourself out of, perhaps this is your moment to stop waiting until you feel ready.

And sometimes, moving forward is not only about taking action. Sometimes it is about slowing down.
Creating space.
Becoming quiet enough to hear what is happening within you.
This is also something very close to my heart, and it is why I’m looking forward to our upcoming Peak Flow & Spiritual Awakening evening in Kreuzlingen on Monday, September 14.
Together with Faine and Shaldon Fitzgerald, we will explore the connection between psychology and spirituality through the Peak Flow Method, meditation, mindfulness and personal transformation.
It will be a small, intimate evening to pause, reconnect and explore what lies beneath the noise, pressure and expectations of everyday life.
We currently have only very few spots left!

And if you want to explore the topic of fear before then, I invite you to listen to my podcast episode, “Fear Is Your Compass.”
Fear can feel like something we need to overcome. But sometimes, it can actually show us where our next growth is waiting.

I’m excited to share something special with you soon.
My new book, From Fear to Peak Flow, is coming in just a few days.
This is more than a book. It brings together the experiences, insights and practical tools I’ve gathered through my own challenges, my work as a Business Psychologist and Transformative Coach, and years of helping people move beyond the boundaries they have created for themselves.
It is also the book behind my Peak Flow Methodology, bringing together the principles and practices that can help you move from fear to awareness, courage, joy and love.
And now…
The countdown has officially started.
In just a few days, I’ll be sharing more about the book, what’s inside, and how you can get your hands on it.
For now, I want to leave you with one question:
What would you do differently if you stopped waiting for fear to disappear?
Maybe you already know the answer.
Maybe your next step is smaller than you think.
You don’t have to change everything.
You just have to begin.
And if you want to start that journey with me, the 5-Day Peak Flow Challenge starts next week.
The next chapter is about to begin.

Your fear might not be the thing standing in your way.
