September Reflections — A Year of Courage and Gratitude

Dear friends,

Last month was full of milestones that I want to share with you — not as trophies, but as reminders of what becomes possible when we choose courage over comfort

I was named one of Microsoft MSN’s Top 10 Self-Made Women to Watch in 2025.

I am now listed among the Top 100 Speakers across Germany, Austria, and Italy.

These recognitions mean a lot to me — and yet, they are not the result of one month, but of many years of work, persistence, and stepping into the unknown again and again. Behind every title, there were fears, doubts, and setbacks. And behind every step, there was trust, support, and the willingness to keep going.

One Year Out of Comfort Zone

It has also been one year since I left my corporate career to fully dedicate myself to Out of Comfort Zone. Looking back, I still remember the fear of losing stability, of stepping away from the “safe” path. And yet, that leap has brought me closer than ever to living in alignment with my purpose.

The highlights of this year — coaching sessions, leadership trainings, bootcamps, retreats, speeches around the world — are not just numbers. They are moments where people found courage, teams grew closer, and leaders discovered new strength.

And the most intimate milestone of all: the birth of my daughter Aurora. 🌸

What’s Ahead

In November, I’ll be returning to the stage and to coaching. With Limitless Mum now woven into Out of Comfort Zone, I feel inspired to bring an even deeper perspective on resilience, surrender, and transformation.

  • Speaking — bringing stories of courage and flow to companies and conferences.
  • Bootcamps & Retreats — powerful experiences for leaders and teams, with or without cold-water immersion, designed to foster trust, resilience, and collaboration. Winter and the New Year season are the perfect time for these gatherings, and an Open House is planned for early 2026.
  • Book — my new book From Fear to Peak Flow is coming soon.

If you’d like to be part of this journey, you can join the early-bird list to receive my Peak Flow guide, self-assessment, and first access to the launch.

A Thought for You

If there is one truth I carry from this past year, it is this: fear is not the end — it is the beginning.

Every recognition, every milestone, every transformation came not from avoiding fear, but from walking with it.

So I want to ask you:

  • What leap is calling you right now?
  • Where are you choosing safety, when courage might open a door?

Growth is rarely instant. It’s the result of showing up, step by step, even when the path feels uncertain.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me — as clients, subscribers, and friends. Your trust and encouragement remind me that we never walk alone.

With courage and gratitude,

Deniz

And if you haven’t yet watched my latest podcast with Katarina Giger, where she opens up about her 3-year journey of sobriety, healing, and self-mastery, now’s the perfect time to tune in. Her story is a powerful reminder that real strength begins when we choose to face our fears and heal from within.

Why Knowing What to Do Isn’t Always Enough
Dear friends, We are already living outside our comfort zones. Change, uncertainty and constant pressure have become part of everyday life. The question is no longer simply: “How can I step outside my comfort zone?” The deeper question is: “How can I feel grounded in discomfort, navigate uncertainty and still access my inner Peak Flow?” Often, what stands between us and our next level is not a ...
The Arctic Didn't Test My Strength. It Tested My Trust.
Dear Friends, A few weeks ago, I stood at the edge of the Arctic Ocean, surrounded by glaciers, moments before stepping into 4°C water. People often ask me what the hardest part was. Was it the cold? The distance? The polar bears? None of them. The hardest part was letting go of control. As a mother, leaving my daughter safely on shore while I entered the Arctic Ocean was far more difficult tha...
Out of Comfort Zone: What the North Pole and AI Have in Common
Dear Friends, As I write this newsletter, I am preparing for one of the most ambitious adventures of my life: a record attempt at the North Pole this July. This is not just another swim. The Arctic Ocean is one of the most unforgiving environments on Earth. The water temperature will be around -1°C, with drifting sea ice, unpredictable weather, and a very real risk that most swimmers will neve...
